在运营方名单里，但没有公布网关统计（旧版本，或者运营方关掉了）。Listed, but not publishing gateway stats (an older version, or the operator turned it off).
怎么算How it's counted
到达中继网关程序的每个请求算一次，读文件、上传、通知、托管的网页……分开记；运营方的说明页、前端副本这类由前面的代理直接回的不算。访客按地址算（IPv6 按 /48），同一天同一个地址只算一次，几天的加起来。流量是回复发出的字节。天按 UTC 算，只排过完的日子，各家的数字 0 点之后陆续收到。Every request that reaches the gateway software counts once, split by kind (file reads, uploads, notices, hosted pages…); pages a proxy in front answers directly, such as the operator's welcome page or front-end copy, are not counted. Visitors are distinct addresses (IPv6 by /48) per day, summed over the days. Traffic is the bytes of the replies. Days are UTC; only finished days are ranked, collected from each gateway after midnight.

每台中继网关自己统计、自己公布（TapeRelay §7.7），这里只收集、排序，没有核对；谁都能给一家发很多请求，把它的数字刷高。仅供参考，展开一行能打开这家公布的原始数字。Each gateway counts and publishes its own numbers (spec TapeRelay §7.7); this page only collects and sorts them, unverified, and anyone can inflate a gateway's numbers by sending it requests. Expand a row to open the raw numbers it publishes.
不存访客地址No visitor addresses kept
去重只存地址经当天随机密钥算出的 HMAC，过了这一天连同密钥一起删掉。运营方可以关掉统计，关了的列在「没有公布」里。Deduplication keeps only an HMAC of the address under that day's random key, deleted with the key when the day ends. Operators can turn stats off; those are listed under “not publishing”.
